In August 2017, I posted a memory game to help learners explore more obscure colour vocabulary.

The object of the game was straightforward: find a pair of identical colours.

Learners started by clicking on a mystery card and then overturned other cards – one at a time –  until they found a match.

Only two colour cards could be overturned at any given time.

Once a match was found, the name of the colour would appear on the screen, as well as the length of time that it took to find the match.

Many students enjoyed racing against the clock to improve their memory skills and to discover new vocabulary.

Several students asked me to continue training their brain by creating another version with ten more complex colours on the colour wheel.

So, without further ado, CLICK HERE to play your new memory game.

It should pop up shortly.   Enjoy!
